Purchase this product to receive a prepaid shipping label from us for your return.  Note this is a manual process, and will not be handled instantly. 

Please follow the instructions below carefully. 

1. Request a return authorization. If you have not done that yet, please do so here
2. Please include the ORIGINAL ORDER # of your return in the 'SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS' before you click checkout.
3. Make sure the label is the ONLY item in your cart. If you purchase another item along with the return label, the order will be canceled. 
4. The label will be emailed to you within 3 business days of purchase. Please make sure to check your 'Spam' or 'Promotions' folder.
